Wonderful Scottish Experience

The staff greeted me warmly and offered assistance. The room had a modern, Scottish-themed decor with tartan wool accents. I found the food in the restaurant particularly good as I tasted haggis bonbons and Balmoral Chicken, each bursting with flavor.
The room I booked felt a bit small for a double. It didn't quite match the value I expected.

missing heatingloose handles
The bathroom lacked heating. It was not pleasant with the cold outside temperatures. also, instead of the included breakfast, they gave me a voucher for five pounds. this barely covered a coffee at another restaurant. the door handles in the bathroom were also loose, hanging downwards. it's just irritating.

I found the breakfast very tasty. I especially enjoyed the full scottish breakfast. It kept me full all day. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The free parking was a real bonus and saved me money.
The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed.

I noticed a bus stop right outside the hotel, very convenient for getting into the city. There's a harbor nearby too, only a short walk away, perfect for an evening stroll. I appreciated the easy access to transportation.

Check-in and check-out were simple. Parking was available without added fees. It was practical. I enjoyed the modern room decor which used a Scottish tartan wool theme. The theme was well-executed.
No shower gel was available. Shampoo was also absent in the shower. The room also lacked bottled water. I believe such accessories should be present in a beautiful double room. The room felt quite small.
